These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grace Grips website and the purchase of any products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Grace Grips is operated in the United Kingdom. The website is designed and maintained on our behalf by During Studios, which is not a seller of the products offered here.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method used at checkout.

We take care to describe our products and colours accurately, but slight variations in tone and finish may occur between screens and physical items.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, duties and taxes are calculated separately and shown before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices, product availability and specifications at any time before your order is accepted.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order, including for stock, pricing, fraud prevention or delivery-area reasons; in that case any payment taken is refunded in full.

Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment providers. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the payment method provided for the total order value.

You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with its operation or security. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system.

All content on this site — including the Grace Grips name, logos, product designs, imagery, copy and code — is owned by Grace Grips or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace Grips and During Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
