Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our UK studio, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking events to appear after dispatch.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs policy before ordering.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7+ business days (UK) or 14+ business days (international), please email hello@gracegrips.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your address before checkout. We are unable to reroute parcels once they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the item cost less original shipping.
