Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Grace Grips purchase. If something is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

Grip socks, apparel and accessories are eligible for return if they are unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair and other marks, and returned in their original packaging with any hygiene stickers intact.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or where the sock hygiene sticker has been removed.

Sale items, final-sale collections, gift cards and personalised items are non-returnable.

1. Email hello@gracegrips.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.

2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Post the item back to us using a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

If you would like a different size or colour, let us know in your return email. We will hold the replacement for 7 days while your return is in transit, subject to stock availability.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional few days to display the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a fault on our side.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email hello@gracegrips.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.
